The sales person was very knowledgeable and helped me make decision on colour and material. The installer was very clean and did an excellent job of installing the shower. I am very happy with the transformation.

Both the guys were very good at doing the work but when they left I noticed that the bill was not itemised. no breakdown as to what work was done.I called and was told that they would e-mail me a bill. I have also e-mailed.I have called 3 more times. no response. very poor customer service. They take your money and then leave you hanging.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Need to return both phone calls and e-mails.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
