NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. ask yourself how they can possibly do a proper job in 35 minutes. They blow pressurized air back through vent but don't use vacuum to catch it. One guy will distract you while the other seems to do the work ... They don't want you to watch their lack of thoroughness.

Both the guys were very good at doing the work but when they left I noticed that the bill was not itemised. no breakdown as to what work was done.I called and was told that they would e-mail me a bill. I have also e-mailed.I have called 3 more times. no response. very poor customer service. They take your money and then leave you hanging.

Arrive 45min. late, set up and completed work in less than 30min. Kept chatting with me so i would not ask questions, they missed about 3 vents, never asked how many vents/returns i had or central vac outlets. Where pleased to charge me extra to vac out heating unit which would have been an exta $120 cash with a discount....took my husbands drill bit as they lost theres before they came, didnt give me my %5 discount to beat compet. price. dont use Air Duct Cleaning - topduct.ca

waste of time. blowed out vents with air is all they did. they did not vacuum clean anything. where did the dust go? i still don't know. don't engage them.

They take high pressure air and blow out vents. Dust everywhere.
Whole proces less than 20 mins. Try to upsell on a $2500 mould clearance package.. Not good company to deal with.
