The cable on our garage door snapped. I put in a request for a quote to have it fixed and received a follow up in a matter of hours. I saw it the following morning and within 2h, my garage door was fixed and working like new. I would use All Overhead Doors again in a heartbeat and when we're ready to get our doors replaced, I know exactly who to call. Franco and Rocco were amazing to deal with. Our experience with First Quality Roofing was exceptional. We needed our entire roof replaced, which I had never been through before, so I needed to research and learn a lot before hiring a contractor. We're so happy that we went with Quality First. They told us what needed to be done, took time to review the quote, and explained everything. We had quotes from 2 other companies that came in hundreds/thousands of dollars higher (one quote came in at $15K). Money isn't everything and you usually get what you pay for, but based on the reviews on Homestars for Quality First, the lowest price was an added bonus. The workers assigned to our project were so friendly and respectful. They even went so far as to bring their own case of water. The first day, they worked 13h. Every time I went out to see if they needed anything, they were happy and smiling. By the time they left, there was no indication that anyone had been on the property at all. In addition to that, a rep from Quality First came by with a "magnet" and walked the property to ensure that any loose nails were picked up. That was impressive. If I had to do this all over again, I don't think I'd go anywhere else. I couldn't be happier with the job Quality First Roofing did and would recommend them to my family, friends, strangers, enemies, or anyone else that might need roof work! Great job, and now hopefully, I never see them again! :-)
