We had staff from Priority Plumbing come in when we first moved into the neighbourhood as they offered us a free walkthrough and inspection. We've had a few minor issues since then and each time the staff have been very helpful, clearly knowledgeable, and very kind to us as we are new homeowners learning the ropes.

As first-time homeowners, we hadn't realized that it would be worth having the ducts in our home looked at - especially since renovations had taken place in the home before we moved in. We noticed that we were constantly dusting certain areas of the home and contacted Paul at The Duct Cleaning Specialists to take a look at our system. He informed us that there was a lot of construction debris in the ducts (along with photo evidence) and worked with our schedules to find a date that worked well for us. We also appreciated that he was able to accommodate the fact that we don't have a front driveway (many other companies were apprehensive about the lack of driveway parking). Paul and his colleague arrived on time on the scheduled date and were able to get the work done during the quoted time. They were also very accommodating when we asked for a brief pause while we tended to our overly anxious cat who hates the sound of vacuums. There has definitely been a significant reduction in the amount of dust in the house and the air flow in the house seems to have improved as well.
