Mohammad was friendly to work with and proposed options to get the project done. He arrived in the time range he mentioned and worked with good attention to detail. He also kept the work area clean which we really appreciated. He is very diligent and works with good focus.

We called Rob to get an understanding of exposed aggregate concrete and to get a quote. He was very attentive to our needs and is a great listener. He explained in very good detail the steps involved in preparing the ground for the concrete and layment. His knowledge is impressive and it's clear that he has been working with concrete for a long time. What we liked most about Rob is the attention to our needs and attention to detail. He worked with me to do measurements and we came to agreement on a very fair price. Unfortunately prior to starting work we had to cancel the project due to our financing miscalculation on another priority project. We fully endorse Rob for his knowledge and customer friendliness and would use him in future.

At the time we ordered our windows we were told that it would take 4-6 months for install due to Covid restrictions. We were happy that it took only about 4 months of wait. The windows themselves are excellent just as described to us when we signed up. The Installers Colton, Devin, and Shianne showed up on time and kept busy throughout the day for the most part. The bay-style window install was not rushed and was constructed carefully and very professionally. The quality of the install of all the windows was professional and done with care. Some crank hardware was missing but these are scheduled to be installed at a later date. The only complaint I would make is that not enough attention was paid to the construct of the finishing trim in the interior side of the house. I would have preferred to see corner rosettes maintained in the new trim as it was in the old trim. The sequence of errors I see is that the Salesperson Danny did not make note in the project details that we wanted to maintain the corner rosettes, even though I had described to him my wish to see continuity in the design old to new. When the Installer showed up they did not spend enough time with me to understand what I wanted even though I mentioned to them that the old trim style I wanted to maintain. I could have run out to Home Depot to get the rosettes but they carried on with standard trim install and I missed the opportunity. In the end the trim was installed well although not to my design preference.
