Spoke with Matt the Mgr. who is personable, helpful, patient and highly customer focused. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Delivered on time and on the right spot on the driveway with the X. I organized my street for a volume discount and it makes it easier for them to deliver as it takes time to take the forklift on and off the flatbed truck. Also, Costco also uses them so it must be a good company due to their high standards on quality!

We met Masterdeck based on our neighbour's referral but chose it due to Alec the owner. He is honest, straightforward, down to earth and helpful. He drew our Azek composite deck using paper and pencil and quoted us a fair price. It is his company but he is the salesperson and the worker bee too! Him, Tim and Dilliion showed up promptly at 8 am ,worked hard, worked efficiently and quickly, smiled and are highly professional and competent. They only work on one job at a time....4 days and it was all done! Great workmanship and if we asked them to change something they happily just did it. One of the best trade experiences we have ever had. Would definitely recommend them. We love our new deck. Thank you Team Masterdeck!

We had pigeons nesting in our soffits/eavestroughs in three different spots with bird poop and lots of noise. Steve came out and put aluminium mesh to resolve the issue. He was professional and patient and explained the situation to us. Vanessa who is in the office is professional, courteous, customer focused and prompt in responding to her emails. They did what the said they would do at the price they said and delivered with a high degree of customer service. Thank you so much Vanessa and Steve!

Philip and his colleague did a great job. Philip (owner) is on every job and highly responsive on estimates. Great followup before the visit. Professional, polite, personable, took off their shoes in the house. Cleaned both the inside and outside windows and told us we had a grasshopper and bee nests that they removed for us. They know there are many competitors out there and they want to stand out in high quality service and pricing. Great business model!

We used homestars to find this company and the great reviews were all true. Frank was our salesperson and he was amazing- he followed through on the project from the sale to completion. We had a small problem and had to wait to the spring to resolve it and Frank remembered and followed up with us. He was terrific in keeping us updated even though there was a delay. Have used Andy and Lance for over ten years to do a kitchen, bathroom, and main floor renovations. They can do any renovation inside a house. They will subcontract as required. Nice guys...professional, they clean up, are fair and deliver. Pricing is in the mid-range. I have referred him to over ten friends for kitchen, bathroom, main floor and office renovations in the last year and they have been happy. In his first year of business, over 70% of his business were my referrals. He has been in business for over ten years. And to be clear, I don't receive any compensation for the referrals....when people do good work I like to share it with others.

Darren, the owner of the company is helpful, professional and calm. Laura is in the office and a pleasure to deal with. They really care about their work and doing an excellent job. They showed up on time and completed the work as agreed. We love the LED lights.Their cleanup is amazing- they left it better than they found it!:) I have already referred them! Craig is the owner, salesperson, tree trimmer and so is hands on in the business. He is highly responsive, informative, personable, calm, and listens well. He and his crew of two showed up on time, worked hard, were courteous and cleaned up very well. He is warm and a "good soul." He is honest and sincere and its not just about making a 'quick" buck. He trimmed the tree until I was happy with it. He wanted me to "smile" each time I saw it. And he did what he said he would do in a professional and warm manner.
