For last years annual maintenance I phoned and booked, took the day off, sat at home waiting only to have them no show. Had to re-book for another day, take another day off and this time have the technician arrive. Technician advises to book online as is more reliable than phoning and talking to real person. Fast forward to this year, book online through the my reliance web site, take the day off work, sit at home waiting for the technician, another no show. Phone call to reliance and they say that the booking never got to the Edmonton office from the website and advise that I should book via phone. Now I have to take another day off work to sit around waiting and hoping that the technician will show. If the warranty wasn't through Reliance I would have another company come out for annual maintenance/inspection as obviously between their call in numbers and their website there are huge problems.
