Went with insta based on a previous good experience several years ago. Seems like they are not the same company they used to be. 40% downpayment is required before you get to schedule in the job. Once they have your money, expected to be jerked around by their scheduling and admin team. Long story short, the job was not done at the promised time - mangled my whole families plan for that day and i couldnt even be there to ok the job which had incomplete items that were never completed. Pretty awful experience and i continued to get jerked around by the admin after the workers left the jobsite. Read the other recent reviews before you decide.

Cozy was great to work with. For the install, Mehrdad was very good at discussing options for routing the vent pipes and reviewed the pros and cons for each option and let me decide which one to go with. Quality of work was very good and they made sure the furnace wiring was all good with the new thermostat that i was installing myself. Overall a very good experience and competatively priced too.

Working with Steve was great. With his busy schedule he was still able to fit in my repair just before a major rain storm. He even fixed up some stuff that was missed from a previous repair. Solid guy and solid work. Would recommend him to anyone.

Concrete pavers were ok. Delivery and service was awful. They missed the delivery date with no notification. I had to call only to get a pile of excuses and nothing done to make up for it. Same can be said about the pallet pickups. I've been waiting for a week and still waiting. I do not recommend.

Work was completed by Garrison and Jacob. They both did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterward. Web based estimate was quite misleading however. They only quote to volume component of the price. In my case, the weight component was 60% of the cost. Here's the warning given: "Prices are based on volume not loading time. Use the Price Estimator to determine your approximate fee. We can provide an exact, no-obligation quote once on site. Extremely heavy items like bricks, concrete and drywall are subject to special heavy material pricing." If you have heavy stuff, expect to pay a lot more than the online estimate.

Work done by Chris & James. Estimate provided by Bruce. I was very satisfied with the whole process. Estimate was competitive with other bids and work was completed perfectly (no corrections were needed). Helpful and friendly staff as well.

Highly recommended. Ariel and team did a great job on my basement while respecting the cleanliness of the house. I am a very picky customer and they didn't stop until I was completely satisfied with every detail. Very polite and understands what is important to me. Also offers several new improvement options without being pushy. Overall a stress free experience.
