We contracted Davel to replace our existing front walkway and steps, and back patio - creating a new walkway from the front to the back, with a patio, deck and custom gate at the back. The existing walkway and steps were in pretty bad shape, and the walkway to the back yard was in serious need of new landscaping. Tomas impressed us from the first time we met him, and appreciate the diligence and professionalism he and his crew demonstrated every day on the job. They were on site when they said they would be, and every night the site was cleaned up - better than we could expect considering the weather they had to deal with. And the clay that was like concrete! We were most impressed with the detail that went into making sure the base for the interlocking was done properly. The quality of the work on both the interlocking and the woodwork for the gate and deck is top-notch. Our only regret is that we didn't have the work done earlier in the season.

Found Danny and City 1 through our concierge service at work. Danny took the time to answer all our questions, and we are very impressed with the work. Would definitely recommend City 1 to anyone who is looking for roof repairs or replacements - they made sure the job was done right and thoroughly cleaned the property. When I returned from my trip for work the only evidence they had been here was the beautiful new roof.
