Vince from Sewer Squad and my experience with Sewer Squad was excellent. He was polite, courteous, expedient, caring and genuinely wanted to help. Overall, their customer service was excellent throughout the whole process of unblocking the original clay pipe, excavation and installation of a new plastic floor drain. The one thing that was not excellent was their referral of the company who they called immediately for emergency cleanup. That company's project management and communication was very poor and disorganized. Sewer Squad should only partner with companies as strong as themselves.

Sara did a fantastic job in understanding our style and making recommendations to perfectly suit our needs. She takes deep pride and ownership in her work and wants her clients to love the end result as much as she does. She is patient, decisive and inspires confidence. We appreciated the process as much as the results. Our window coverings are beautiful and we could not have done it without Sara's designer eye, attention to detail and impeccable style.

I used this company 4 years ago and was looking forward to another smooth move. Unfortunately, based on my most recent experience, this company no longer has the quality of customer service or movers that it once had. The movers were courteous but arrived an hour late and were slow - it took 2 movers one hour and a half to assemble my storage bed, for example, and they charge by the hour. The movers admitted to breaking a valuable piece of furniture because they didn't package it properly and due to their improper handling of such a fragile object, it broke during transportation. Because the damage was caused by mover error, to which the movers accepted full responsibility and noted such on the invoice, I requested compensation for the damage from management. Instead of professionally resolving the situation, I was shocked and distressed by the aggressive response from management, their lack of accountability and their attempts to disprove everything I claimed. When you pay a premium, you expect that your valuable belongings will be protected and to deal with a company that is professional, honest and respects their customers. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.

Of all the electricians I contacted, Kiya was the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient with my requests and despite all the surprise challenges he encountered within the ceilings, he managed to to find a solution. His price is fair, he's reliable, trustworthy and responds to your phone calls in a timely manner. Despite how busy he is, he is very accommodating to your schedule. I would definitely recommend him.
