James redesigned my backyard with interlocking stone, stone planters and a bigger garden space. So pleased with the result. I was impressed with how quickly they could start the job, they completed the project on time and on budget. This project had added complexity because the only access to the yard was through the house. The crew was delicate and tidy moving materials through the house, no damage to walls or furniture. They were professional, worked 4 full days to get the job done asap and went the extra mile.

Najib perfectly installed interior doors where no door frame in my house is straight. He recommended places for me to buy quality doors to save money and order myself. He took the time to do the project right and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. Money well spent. I’ll happy with work

Sales staff are professional and certainly know their products. Good prices because i think they buy in bulk. Very unhappy with the installation. The Installer left long knife marks across all 4 sides of the floor baseboard. Very obvious and deep knife marks. Carpet not cut well around the floor vents. Nails can be felt around the sides. I called the shop to complain to which they really didn't care too much or want to remedy. They had made their sale and not too bothered about customer satisfaction or craftsmanship at that point.

Failed to diagnose the leak properly. Fixed the flashing, left us the bill in the mail and we paid. The roof still leaking. We have left Dany many messages and when we finally got a hold of him he said he lost his phone. Dany made another appointment to inspect the roof again and failed to show with no call or anything. Feeling ripped off.

Bowen weeped our basement over 5 years ago and it has been dry up until this spring. We called Colleen to come take a look and he honoured the warranty. His crew came back and did a days work extending the weeping system to ensure proper drainage of the initial work. Colleen was able to provide thoughtful and effective solutions that didn't involve ripping up too much of the finished renovations. The crew were respectful of the house, friendly and hard working.
