I immediately contacted Pesticon based on the great reviews I read about them. Ahmed did a thorough investigation of potential entry points and alleviated any concerns I had. Apart from putting in place the solution to address the problem, he identified a concern entry point through my cold room where he went a step further and contacted someone to deliver a special metal mesh to my house the next morning. This mesh was a recommendation to block the entry point from future concerns. Overall, I was very pleased with Mohammed and his service which was also followed up with a phone call a few weeks later to ensure I was satisfied. Mehul Patel (Badge#2469)from Reliance truly did an outstanding job in taking ownership and resolving the concerns I had with my water heater tank. His respectful attitude, deep technical knowledge was instrumental in helping resolve the concerns I had with the water heater tank. Mehul was also able to provide me on some insight into the water mixing valve and institution of the mew government policy which is why I see a fundamental difference in tanks from my older houses to the new one. I would highly recommend working with Reliance in large part due to the quality of service I received from the advisor(Mehul) that came to my property for the service call.

This is something that Alec suggested as an option for me if I had the budget. He did a free color clad sample for me in an area of my home and I was so impressed that I decided to get this done for all my grout. Alec is also a very fiscally responsible person and tries to do the best for you within your budget. I am extremely pleased with Alec’s work and would highly recommend him as one of the best Grout & Tile Restoration companies in the GTA.
