Just a note to say "thank you" to you and your team for a marvelous job over this pas summer. I have a relatively new house with many shortcomings that have surfaced relative to the original installation of my roof and eavestroughs. You and your team pointed out how these shortcomings has led to numerous leaks that have been detected inside my house over the past 12 to 18 months. Although your price was certainly not the cheapest, I am so thankful I agreed to have both your roofing team and eavestrough team remove and replace what could otherwise be considered terrible workmanship by the original installer. As you know, I have a relatively large home and I certainly do not want to go through the aggravation of making roof repairs on an ongoing basis. As such, followed your recommendations and am extremely happy I did. May I extend my thanks to Ted, Matt, Ray, Andrew, Bernard, Albert, Willie, Bleron, Eddie, Edjon, and Dave. Their workmanship was exemplary and equally as important as I have told them myself, their conduct while onsite was exemplary. All members of your team were professional, kept a low profile, and executed the job with speed and expertise with a magnificent clean up following the completion of this exercise. My compliments once again, and I congratulate yourself Dave, and Greg, and the entire Walker team for making the customer extremely satisfied.

In the spring of 2012, I made the decision to remove my existing front patio and entrance walkway, and replace it with patterned concrete. Not knowing a particular company to deal with, I merely searched in my computer for “patterned concrete”. Rather than merely call, as I have done in past with other contractors, I decided to visit their premises on an impromptu basis in order to witness first hand the organization I wished to receive a proposal from. I know one should not “read the so-called book by the cover”, but believe me, if appearances could make an impression, they certainly did with me. As a commercial landscape contractor myself, making a pleasing and professional appearance is all-important, and certainly, “Patterned Concrete” did so from our first meeting. Their staff, from the initial meeting to the completion of the project, was professional, courteous, and very helpful relative to innovative ideas and suggestions I may not have otherwise considered. The project is thoroughly reviewed by their estimators, costed, and professionally presented for your consideration. Upon your acceptance, a progressive layout of the project is presented and explained in thorough detail. The execution of the project was exacting in all regards without excuses or time delays. “Patterned Concrete” did exactly what they said they would do, and in a manner they explained from the onset. Would I use them again? Would I recommend them? Was I happy with them? Yes, yes, and yes. A very professional organization and truly a credit to their industry. One cannot always say that about contractors involved with the construction industry, but one can certainly say it about “Patterned Concrete”. Excellent organization. Bill

Aziz and Tyler arrived at my residence at the time decided by both parties to assess the project and determine the costs involved . They were both puctual and polite , a first indicator of professionalism . I was very satisfied with their cost estimate and particulary satisfied with their execution of the tasks involved . Aziz knows his trade and the finished product attests to this fact . Would I recommend his company ? Absolutely - An excellent choice of tradesmen where Stucco is required .I intend to use Aziz for future projects .

Rcc arrived as promised at 8 am and worked diligently with few if any breaks throughout the entire day . They were well equipped , knowledgeable ,and courteous .I was very impressed with the entire team .No request was refused and each staff member worked their hearts out to finish in a timely and efficient manner .Upon completion of the project they left my residence as neat as a pin . I salute the organization and the fine and competent staff in their employ . Thank you and you will get my recommendation without question .

Swat Wildlife Came to the rescue following an invasion of approx. 6 Racoons in my attic.Other Pest control agencies said nothing could be done until the racoons vacated my premises on their own . Something to do with the time of year and offsprings . Swat sucessfully got Mom and the kids out of my house and offered realistic solutions to prevent their re-entry . Racoons can do great damage to the interior of an attic and their removal is only as good as the ability to prevent their return .Both aspects were capably handled and I am very thankful I had the good fortune to have dealt with such a knowledgeable firm .
