We had a home renovation and needed a major cleanup. I had a few quotes over the phone, Carmo was the only one who took the time to visit my place before giving me a price. She was so sincere and honest so I gave her the job. She did a fantastic job and my place is spotless, she even pointed out some spots where our contractors missed. She is so good that I'm asking her to clean my home on regular basis.

My dryer took hours to dry my clothes, left a message and Joe returned my call early morning. He showed up the same day! He was very thorough and checked the vents for any clogs before checking the dryer. The vents and the ducts were very clogged up and he helped me clean them out. I didn't realize the condensation made the lint very compact and dense (like mud). With the duct and vents cleaned out the air flow was so much better. Joe even used a vacuum to clean out some clogs inside the dryer. Now when I dry my clothes it doesn't take long. I'm very happy with Joe's service and I will call him again if my appliances need repair.

I send an email for a quote to fix my Mom's stacked washer which stopped at the rinse cycle (it didn't drain). I got a response from Peter quickly and he knew what the problem was. The quote I received was very fair and Peter came as scheduled. He fixed the washer in no time flat. Highly recommended, super job!
