The service man was helpful and friendly but did not seem to do much to resolve the problem. We still have creaking stairs and this needs to be resolved properly. There may be suggestions but no resolutions....what was paid for here?
The service is bad as the servicemen claim to be busy to do their job or it seems they want a separate pay for something small to be done. A cut out needed to be done and a mess was made. The cutout piece was requested to be cut smoothly and finished and the serviceman wanted an extra $50.00
Overall, I would say not satisfied with the quality of service and satisfaction to customers. The serviceman had to sand and buff / shine the marble top due to scratches / marks delivered on the marble and did not warn us what needed to be done. After he completed his work, he just left and said he was done with dust all over the place. He did not use any drop cloths or vacuum to clean up after. Crappy service.
Dino went out of his way to assist and resolve the problems that occurred from the previous servicemen. He had to realign the pickets and did this very carfully which were overlooked by previous servicemen. There should be more people like him in this home building and renovation industry.
