Mr Marble

It's the second time i've purchased from MrMarble. The first was very good 2 yrs ago for a vanity and tub surround which was very satisfactory.
Just finished installing My latest countertop (48x22 with offset sink) and after removing the protective plastic film I found white flakes embossed right in the color finish which to me is clearly a lack of cleaning prior to pouring the mix. It's now too late to remove/replace/exchange as I signed off on the product upon pcikup.
I am not pleased with this as I'll always be looking at rubbing/cleaning these flakes off. Not.
I'll be looking for another manufacture

We have used Mr Marble through Lowes numerous times for custom counters on bathroom vanities. 99% of the time the counter top shows up scratched, chipped, damaged side/backsplashes. Sinks have shown up installed backwards in the counters. I have seen a double sink top come with 2 different sinks installed in the same top that don't match at all. At every chance I have I discourage customers from using Mr Marble as their quality control is non existent and their replacement time on average is over 2 months. Not sure how they stay in business

As another reviewer mentioned, customer service is non-existent. Emailed them through their webform and again through regular email regarding a post installation question. My contractor chipped the base after installation and I was asking about what I can do to repair. Zero response. The product itself seems good so far but without any customer service to go with it, overall rating is low.

Update: Also left a voicemail and texted the repairman directly and zero response there either.

Ordered a custom top from them. The delivery was about a week late, and on top of that the top was delivered in destroyed condition. The company then refused to provide a new top, and blamed me for the damage. Customer service is non-existent and rude. Would absolutely stay the away from this company in the future.

Very friendly, very professional, great price. Completed in less than a week, from time of order to completed installation. Would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting quality workmanship at a great price.

We ordered our counter top from Mr. Marble, through Lowe's. We couldn't find the size of counter top we needed and they put it together with our specs. Fits like a gem. It did not take long for the order to come in. It has one flaw but hardly noticeable. It is beautiful and we are very happy customers. It was a little more than my husband wanted to pay, but we are very happy in the end to have such a beautiful piece to accent our newly renovated bathroom. Thanks

Mr. Marble fixed the chip in my bathroom sink in less than 20 minutes; quick and efficient service...would recommend services to anyone...this was a builder referral...excellent work; Thank you Mr. Marble

Overall, I would say not satisfied with the quality of service and satisfaction to customers. The serviceman had to sand and buff / shine the marble top due to scratches / marks delivered on the marble and did not warn us what needed to be done. After he completed his work, he just left and said he was done with dust all over the place. He did not use any drop cloths or vacuum to clean up after. Crappy service.

Job was done in the timetable. The price and service was good. No problems.
