Absolutely Thrilled With Central Vac Install
From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Javid. He responded to my online inquiry the same day and came to my house the next day to provide me with an estimate to install central vac in my home which has never had central vac. He carefully measured and said it could be done with minimal mess. The following week it was installed by Javid himself and he did an excellent job. No patching required. He explained everything to me prior to cutting any holes and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend City Vacuum and will refer them whenever possible. Eric is so friendly and knowledgeable. He goes over and above and explains everything in detail so you fully understand how your furnace is running. He makes suggestions and offers cost saving alternatives. Atlas sends the same technician, Eric, to my house every year for the annual furnace service, which I appreciate. Atlas sent a text message when Eric was on his way to my house for the appointment as well as a picture of him, which is a great safety feature, especially for clients who are not familiar with what their technician looks like. Atlas has modern clean vehicles on the road which speaks volumes about the company. They give their clients 10* service and treat their employees very well.
