My microwave began to spark so I had to change it. I put up a job offer on Homestar, and Mark answered first & also called. He was terrific. He suggested I buy the same microwave make, and even texted me where to buy it and suggested he'd pick it up. I called the appliance store and bought it, and he picked it up and came right over and installed it. From the moment the microwave went bust 11am, until Mark installed the new one-- 3pm, was exactly four hours! He was great, had initiative, was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would use him again without hesitation. Five stars!

My air condition went bust. I called several. All wanted lots of $-- to change everything. Buttons changed only what was broken, cost me 1/3. Prompt, courteous, most reasonable. Use them!

Gary came a day after I called, and fixed both the soffit and the drain, for a reasonable cost, an even though it was a small job, he gave it his full attention, and took my calls even late in the evening. I would recommend the service to others, too.

They responded very promptly and professionally, put the wire mesh in two places and even left it in place until the roof was fixed. The guy who came was very polite, very good, and it even cost less than what others asked for. I hope I never have a raccoon in the roof again, but if do, I'll have no hesitation to call on S.W.A.T.
