Sam was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with the project he was undertaking. All my questions were answered. The job was done in a very reasonable time and was done very professionally. I would definitely recommend Open Concept Engineering.
Amir came to the house to let us know what furnace and AC unit would work. He spent time explaining all the different plans and units. We chose one and he very thoroughly went over the contract. We did not feel pressured and appreciated the extra information. We were able to make a very informed decision.
