Called Luke at 10am this morning as our kitchen sink was clogged. He arrived at 1pm and was able to clear the blockage promptly. Will definitely call again if we have any plumbing issues

I purchased 2 garage door openers for our new home and planned to install them myself - however, with all the things to be done with the new house, we decided to pay someone to install the GDO's. I found EasyFlip on Homestars and went with them due to the positive reviews. I don't recall the guy's name who came out to do the installation - but he was very prompt and courteous. He did a professional installation job and neatly ran and stapled all the wiring. He was done both GDO's in 2 hrs, including programming all the remotes, and keypads. I deducted a point only because there were some little bits of wiring and packaging left on the garage floor after the job was completed...not a big deal. I would use them again in a heartbeat - and recommend them to my friends.

We had a good experience with Floorwood. Communication with Patricia was always very prompt - and she was very helpful in our decision with the hardwood selection - colour and plank size. We decide to go ahead with the installation based on the positive reviews on Homestars. Rob and Darek did a wonderful job with the hardwood installation for our upper foyer and office (approximately 360 sq ft). They had to work around some uneven subfloors and also some poorly installed nosings by the builder. In the end the floors look great. We did notice a couple issues the day after the installation (some tiny nail holes) and a couple spots where the carpet was lifting up at the bedroom entrances...I contacted Patricia and Darek was out the next day to resolve them. Great customer service! Overall a great experience - we would use them again.

We decided to go with Toronto Granite to replace the kitchen and ensuite countertops with granite. Our decision was primarily based on price - they seemed to have fairly competitive pricing. In general, we were pleased with the experience. We decided on Black Galaxy granite and found their pre-cut granite countertops to have smaller flecks of gold - we wanted larger flecks. So they sent us to a few granite wholesalers to look at giant slabs and we were able to find a slab that we liked - and there was no change in price. We removed the laminate countertops ourselves. The installation went fairly smoothly - although there was an issue with one of the smaller pieces - which they had re-cut. We had an issue with the edge profile on one section of the countertop. They had another crew come out and attempt to fix it. It was better, but didn't match the rest of the countertop perfectly. They offered to re-install a new piece, but it was too much hassle for us to coordinate the time for the re-install - so we decided to leave it as is - its a small section and you'd only notice it if you are being picky. Overall we were pleased with the service and quality for the price.
