We recently had Justin from Gates Wildlife Control to help us with a bat eviction and we are very grateful for his help and professionalism. We had another company out previously after a second sighting of a bat in our home and that company was pretty dismissive of our issue and it felt as if they thought that we were crazy. We had the complete opposite experience with Justin, which made us feel much more comfortable. He explained to us in great detail what we would need to do to not just get the colony out, but to keep them out afterwards. Our soffits and fascia needed replacing and we had found that they had been getting in and out through a gap in one of our corners. After having our aluminum replaced, which we had been planning to do already, Justin was able to install a one way door in a soffit light and he put a powder on the inside in order to see evidence that it was in fact used and after seeing that it was, he made sure to give some extra time to make sure that they had all left. He had also caulked the whole exterior soffits and installed cages on all of our roof vents. We are very happy with the level of professionalism and attention to detail.

We recently had Jesse out to replace our front porch columns and install new railings on a veranda in our backyard. Jesse and his employee did a great job and were very professional and nice. We were getting all of our soffits and fascia replaced at the same time and they even made a trip to put in temporary wood columns to avoid any potential mismatched cuts on our porch ceiling since we were changing the column shapes. The new columns and railings look amazing and are a huge improvement over what we had prior. We would definitely recommend Jesse and Terrace Aluminum to anyone looking to install railings and columns.

We just recently had Miki Aluminum out to redo all of our outdoor aluminum as it was in dire need of an upgrade. We had all of our soffits, fascia, eavestroughs, downspouts, and some siding redone and we are extremely happy with the outcome! The attention to detail was great each step of the way from when Ena came out to see what we were looking to do, to the detailed quote, and to the workmanship. We also did soffit lighting and they have a great contact for an Electrician as well. It looks like a whole new house and we have gotten a lot of complements on it. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do similar work.

We just recently had all of our windows and patio doors done by Total Home Windows & Doors and we are extremely happy with the product and service provided. We just moved into our home this year and the windows were all original to the home (40 years old) and in need of replacement. Alex helped us out very well through the entire process with helping us pick what we wanted, showing us the factory where everything is made, and with coordinating everything. One aspect of our project was a little bit more complicated, but posed no problem to the Total Home team. We had a door and window combination in the back of the house, which we wanted to convert to a sliding patio door. It was originally done in such a way that both the standard door and the window shared part of the frame and one could not be touched without touching the other. Some other companies that came to give us quotes told us that we would have to arrange the cutout separately, which the Total Home team had no issue with. The gentleman that came to do the cutout did a wonderful job with the brick work and installing the new door sill. The crew that came out to do the window and patio door install also did a great job with the window and door install, the trim work, and all of the finishing details. The wooden trim that they used looks great and we now want to find out where they got it from for when we redo the rest of the trim in our home in our next renovations. Another great sign was all of our neighbours complimenting the work after it was completed and how much better it made our home look as well as looking for our referral.
