The job was to demolish the old front porch and build a new one. Initially, it was quoted that the job could be completed in 2 weeks but it took 3 months. Although his availability was a challenge, Luiz is professional and the job was well done. There were many hurdles along the way that was discovered during digging. Luiz was very flexible and understandable that new things come up and he manage to work around those issues inside the original quote! This is a HUGE plus for any professional contractor.

My roof was condensating in between the roof and the deck. Sam came and inspected and instead of jumping into a more expensive work to redo completely the roof he told me about the possibility to open and see if installing vents would solve the problem, which end up being the case and I saved $10k! It has been 1 month since he has done the work and I don't have the condensation anymore. He also fixed other issues left by the previous contractor that didn't do a good job. Sam is an amazing honest professional and I highly recommend him!!

I'm very happy with the results. Bohdan and his son Leo are great professionals and detail oriented. They have a fair price and they are upfront with the customizations and extras that come up. The only thing they didn't do are the cabinet lights and installation of the lights after the cabinets are assembled is much more difficult. Those are plugable lights so not a job for the eletrician. PS: the countertop will be installed by another company.

I had a humidity problem in my ceiling. My house has a flat roof and the fan extractor from the bath was making the humidity accumulate between my ceiling and the sub-roof to the point it was leaking. Daniel came to my house and it was very knowledgeable from the beginning on what was going on. His crew came at the scheduled date and time and did a excellent job.

I had some issues with the first team that installed the roof, however, after I contacted the main office they sent me the owner (Mr. Arthur) of the Roof Whisperer. He inspected the roof and immediately he found the issues. He apologized and told me everything was going to be taken care of without any extra incurred cost, which he did. He sent a team that made a very good job. My conclusion is that you can read many reviews but when you find one that something went wrong, this is the one is valuable for you... and this is one. I had a problem, the company came and solved (even if I could see they spent big bucks on material and labour to fix the previous issues!!) all this cost was absorbed by them as this was the right thing to do. Mr. Arthur has earned my trust and I can certainly recommend his work.

I am having an issue with the foundation done by him and his team invading the yard of my neighbor and he is not answering my calls or returning my voice mails (more then 10 now...) I can NOT recommend him with such issue going on!!
