I had some issues with the first team that installed the roof, however, after I contacted the main office they sent me the owner (Mr. Arthur) of the Roof Whisperer. He inspected the roof and immediately he found the issues. He apologized and told me everything was going to be taken care of without any extra incurred cost, which he did. He sent a team that made a very good job. My conclusion is that you can read many reviews but when you find one that something went wrong, this is the one is valuable for you... and this is one. I had a problem, the company came and solved (even if I could see they spent big bucks on material and labour to fix the previous issues!!) all this cost was absorbed by them as this was the right thing to do. Mr. Arthur has earned my trust and I can certainly recommend his work.

I had some initial issues but now the owner (Mr. Arthur) is helping me fix it included in the service warranty in a very professional manner. He will do the job in July and I'm confident that everything will be OK after that. I'll come back with pictures after :)

They have redone my flat roof and left a "swimming pool" instead. I have hired them to redo the roof as it was accumulating water in one corner, however after their job the roof is worst then before regarding the accumulation of water! I have been struggling with them to come back and fix it since October 2013 and they told me that they could only work next year (in 2014) because of outside temperature. Now we are in June 2014 and so far, not only nothing was done to fix it, but I received an e-mail saying that this is not under warranty and they don't want to fix it!!!

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
