We hired Harris late this summer to add a MAXI vent to our attic along with soffit and attic baffles to improve air circulation. Our Toronto home is 3 stores and the top floor is always very hot in the summer. Harris takes pride in his work ensuring the best job possible is done for his customer. He is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and transparent (photos). I would hire Harris again without hesitation.

I asked that 4 silk panels to be made into a set of two drapes for my master bedroom. M&S did an amazing job and did the conversion in the short time frame I had to get the work done, including adding reverse pleats that give a very finished and elegant look to the drapes. I could not be happier with the final results. I highly recommend this company for your drapery needs.

Grant helped us determine which high performance furnace and AC unit matched both our needs and our home's requirements. The installers arrived on time and worked steadily throughout the day to install and finally finesse the installation and functioning of both units. We experienced an unexpected noise from the AC unit and called Grant. Within 2 days, the head installer returned to check the unit's installation. It was rechecked by one of Convertible's service technician to ensure the unit was functioning properly. We re most please with the service we have had from the company to date and the professionalism of all its representatives.

The stucco on the front of our town home was showing its age and needed repairing and updating. After interviewing several contractors, I hired Cosmopolitan Construction. Aiad provided a detailed proposal outlining each step of the process he would undertake and patiently responded to all my questions. He was onsite working with his crew from start to finish ensuring the quality of the workmanship,as well as taking care to protect my property from any damage, including the landscaping and ensuring final clean-up. I asked Greenbloom to do a late fall clean-up of my yard. I was out of town and unavailable, but no problem. The job was done and I came home to a cleaned up yard. I use Greenbloom on a regular basis and recommend them to anyone wanting quality yard work done.

Mike was referred to me by Princess Perfect Upholstery to build a window seat with quiet close drawers for my kitchen. Mike was meticulous in ensuring not only that the bench was perfect in quality and that it blended in with my kitchen cabinetry, but in also ensuring I was a happy and satisfied customer. He is now building me a fireplace mantel. Hire Mike - you will not be sorry!

Our Weber BBQ was in dire need of cleaning, so after checking Home Stars for reviews of BBQ cleaning companies, we selected Well Done. They did an excellent job of cleaning and repairing our very dirty bbq. This company is trustworthy and competent and I would hire them again.

We hired Optimal Irrigation to set up our sprinker system last year. As we were now their customer, they contacted us to arrange a time for a fall shut down of the system and again this spring to get it set up again. Mike and his crew worked efficiently in making sure the system was fully operational for the summer. Optimal is a very trustworthy company with employees who are knowledgeable about srinkler systems.

Paul did our patio last year and we brought him and his team in again to rebuild poorly constructed stone stairs and landings at the front of our townhome. He has pride in his workmanship and is a very reliable and trustworthy contractor. His prices are competitive, but mostly he does fabulous work. Thank you, Paul.

I highly recommend Optimal Irrigation to anyone considering putting in an irrigation system for garden beds and pots. The crew worked well as a team and as a result the work on our gardens was completed efficiently and in one visit. The company takes pride in its work and was very respectful my property. They made sure the patio was spotless before they left and were respectful of our neigfhbors and the limited parking in our complex. Adrian ensured we understood how the system works so that we can manage it ourselves before he left. Oprimal Irrigation will be back in the fall to shut the sytem down.

I hired Paul to reconstruct the patio in our townhome changing it from a multi-tiered wooden deck to a single level stone deck with planters. All of the materials had to be brought in manually from the street, as access to our backyard is very limited. He also replaced our fence and added some landscape lighting. Paul and his crew worked tirelessly to give us a patio that is truly our retreat. Paul is a rarity amongst contractors as he is truly proud of what he does and does what it takes to ensure the work meets his high standards for qualilty. He does not leave the site until the client is happy.....and he shows up when he says he will!
