This customer is confused. The work is not complete. We completed first fall cleanup on November 10th, 2020 and after that leaves kept falling and so is a snow. We emailed her a day before she wrote this review that we will be coming soon for a second fall cleanup visit later on in the month(once weather permits and snow would melt). 100s of our customers are happy about our service and understand that we are not magicians and we work hard around the clock to make everyone satisfied. When you have many customers, there are always couple of bad apples. In this particular case, this review is very weired, because we explained to her that we will be coming again for free to complete the job even though this customer just paid for one fall cleanup.
Thanks for you review Andrew we appreciate that
Thank you Rob we are always happy to serve you
This client signed a snow removal contract with us for the season for her 2 properties. In the middle of the season and after providing snow removal service for her properties for a few times, she tried to avoid paying for the service probably because her tenants agreed to clear the snow themself. However she needs to respect the contract that she signed and pay for the service that was done, as she did at the end. We hadn't received any complaint from her during the season, she was just looking for excuse not to pay.
We have read this client’s concerns and while we acknowledge that they are entitled to their opinion we strongly disagree with the content of the review. All the contracted work was completed in addition to work performed beyond the quote, included at no additional cost to the client. The customer was informed repeatedly at each stage of our service cycle that nothing would prevent weeds from returning but the measures taken would help with control. The garden bed was hand weeded then roto-tilled as per her request before we planted and mulched. A conversation with this client took place upon completion of the roto-tilling while the tiller was still in the garden bed. Landscape fabric was highly recommended to help suppress weeds but was declined repeatedly. The client selected netting to help keep the mulch in place on the sloped areas of the garden which provides no protection against weeds. We stand behind our work and maintain Greenbloom performed all work to a high standard.
