Carol was a delight to deal with - very helpful, good-humoured, hard-working. But I had a rather different experience than did others dealing with Matthew. I didn't doubt his expertise re my cooktop problem- I was confident in his advice - but he charged a second appliance fee just to show me how to use the digital display on my fridge (it took a minute or two) and insisted, according to Carol, that I pay for a second service call to measure before a new stove-top could be ordered. With a 3rd call to install. I had no trouble finding a company that could assist without that additional call.

Very pleased with Cozy Comfort, from the first contact to the completion of the work. Sean at the office was helpful, welcoming, right on the ball, scheduled the service call within the week. Mory, the technician was great - super-competent and diligent, gracious, and took all the Covid precautions. Highly recommend.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Aaron at CityEdge has done, renovating my house.  It was a complicated renovation that included the creation of a extension for a main floor powder room; the replacement of a circular staircase with a non-circular one; the reconfiguration of the second floor and re-design of several rooms; closet design and installation; installation of new doors and the re-location of windows; new flooring; extensive re-wiring, plumbing and painting; the application of new siding; and deck design and installation. Aaron listens patiently and attentively to a client's ideas, and has the expertise to convert those ideas into workable plans, where that can be done.  He is an expert, creative, problem-solver.  If he advises that something can't be done, it's not out of arrogance - which he lacks - but from experience. He is highly conscientious and diligent.  His work met the exacting standards of my decorator. In fact, it is my impression that Aaron works to those standards because it would make him unhappy not to.  He takes responsibilty and finishes the task, when others drop off.   And he brings with him a trusted, highly competent and accommodating crew, as required by the size of the job.
