I asked EasyMax to do my furnace servicing and cleaning because they sent a promo card out in the mail. I travel often with my work and unfortunately after their tech left, the furnace started making horrific noises about 6 times a day. Due to the scheduling conflicts I had with being at home (I am a single parent) at the right time that they had a tech available, two months passed by and when I was finally home long enough they said that there would be a charge for the return service. Needless to say I told them to forget it. I hired Pete the Plumber and ended up replacing the furnace.

I hired Handyman Connection to repair some items around the home I had recently moved into. Part of the back fence needed to be replaced, some doors and drawers inside the house wouldn't close right, etc. The guys did a good job but I ended up having to call the company as one of the guys never showed up and so rescheduling had to be done which became inconvenient. Needless to say they couldn't fix 2 of the man doors because they said the house had shifted, and the one drawer they fixed is still not right, but everything else they did was great.

I hired Rona to renovate my ensuite bathroom. The workers and staff at Rona were really great and that's why I have given a 4 out of 5 rating for Rona. However, the unfortunate part was that some jewelry went 'missing' so it would be highly unlikely that I would recommend them to others. I couldn't 'prove' it was one of the workers and I realize these things happen but it was a very sad ending to a well done job.

Very impressed. Especially with the integrity of the staff, Nigel, Mary and Ken specifically. These individuals are so customer oriented it's a breath of fresh air :). I was so impressed that I referred one of my client's. There was a couple of 'hick ups' where the quote had missed a couple of items but the staff were accommodating and professional, and they dealt with them immediately, always making sure that I was happy at the end of the day. Being in customer service myself for many years it is a truly refreshing occasion to meet such individuals who are devoted to their customer, and ultimately the good name of their company.
