The Norseman team was very helpful in helping us reconfigure our small kitchen in an old house and a very deep, but not very functional closet. Essentially, the project turned into a renovation of most of the main floor. We would not have fared half as well without the support of our project manager, Mo. Even when we hit some road blocks, Mo was able to find solutions and keep things moving along. He was always in communication with us and alleviated the stress we might have felt under different conditions. Highly recommend Mo and the Norseman team.

A leaking ceiling turned out to have more attached to it than just a faulty skylight, but I had no trouble trusting Mr. Roof Repair to give me the best solution because of their professionalism and clear explanations. When a patch job around a skylight didn't hold while we were waiting for a new one on order, Michael immediately sent Pietro back out to put up tarps and do whatever he could to buy us some time as more rain was in the forecast. If they hadn't responded so promptly we would have been emptying buckets during the next heavy storm. A bathroom fan that was incorrectly vented into the attic was properly vented, a new skylight was installed with the correct waterproofing around it this time, and a crumbling chimney was fixed up and had the proper flashing installed. A good experience. I would highly recommend this company.
