I am not pleased with this company at all. The fence was put in satisfactory but a better job could have been done. There were lots of issues with nails sticking out, loose and crooked boards, lots of warping and splitting etc and the job was shabbily done. I've seen better jobs done in my neighborhood. The after service is terrible. This summer I have been calling for 6 MONTHS for someone to come and look at the problems that they were SUPPOSED TO look at last year. Since May I have been calling, and they keep saying "we are on the list of repairs", by the time one guy came took months, (not the guy who was supposed to come), came in with an crap attitude and a big mouth, yes I'm talking about you M, to do some minor repairs. Came when he felt like it too, not when he was scheduled. So look, now it's December 2014 and nobody came! No communication, not a great build and no customer service. -- I am responding to this company's response. Firstly I think you may be confusing this with another customer because some of the things you are saying do not make sense to our situation. But I will respond anyway. "Multiple Visits" - no one has made multiple visits here. Waiting for someone to come took a long time and the person who was supposed to come never came. Any adjustments done were under warranty. You have not done the "best to accommodate" seeing as how we've been calling all summer with no cooperation. There was no communication between the repair people and the office and the customer. Items named were not months after installation but these were mentioned to the company right away. If you want to talk about satisfaction, you have to communicate better. It's the events that happened over the last 6 months that I am not satisfied with, case in point, a customer shouldn't have to call every 2 weeks to see what's going on when they were told that someone will be there. Pictures were sent in and there was no feedback. If you had the time to write your response, you should have time to deal properly with customers. It didn't take you long to respond to this yet the whole summer went by and the problem wasn't addressed even though your secretary said it would be.

First and Foremost-- We are always committed to the Highest Possible Standards when it comes to Installation and Customer Service and this is Clearly Reflected in the Majority of Opinion and Reviews which are overwhelmingly positive. With over 1500 Residential Homes Completed annually, we are encouraged by the high rate of satisfaction from our Customers and always strive to improve ourselves as individuals and as a Company.

Some Facts to Consider; See A. B. & C.

A. We have responded to said customer as well as made multiple visits to this Home and have done adjustments for him including many Not Under Warranty. We have done our best to accommodate despite his multiple complaints about non warranty items and we feel a few things may not be fully fair and balanced here.

B. it was not the whole fence customer had an issue with, only a few boards (many months after installation) that he observed had behaved as a natural product like wood can after installation. These items would not be covered by Home Depot (See Home Depot Lumber Aisle) or any other Major Installer as they had to do with natural wood behaviour Not Installation which customer called 'Satisfactory'.

C. He says at first 'The Fence was put in Satisfactory' later taking about a Shabby Job and naming items occurring months after installation and based on natural wood behaviour. As per above these are Not Installation issues- Despite this we had made multiple visits and adjustments even for items not under warranty.

In conclusion we always are up front with our Customers and do our very best each and every installation. We recognize after nearly 2 decades in Business though that there are a few small percentage of people that will not be satisfied no matter what you do...Right or Wrong. But alas, we will continue to do our best and appreciate the Support and Excellent Feedback we Receive from our Valued Customers.

First let me say that when we originally talked to the sales rep he was willing to come over as many times as possible to close the deal. After the deal was closed I asked him to come over to make some adjustments on the contract and he had the audacity to say "are you going to pay me for coming over there again?" Anyway the interlocking was done fine. The problem came after when waiting for someone to come do repairs. One of the problems we had was that the stones used for the steps wouldn't stick and when they came to correct the problem, unannounced would walk into our backyard when they were supposed to call first, look at it then someone would lift the loose step and another person would squeeze out some glue, then they would leave after being there for a few minutes and obviously not checking if there were other loose stones. So instead of doing the job right and spending a few more minutes there, they came a couple more times, same story, come in, put glue then leave. Needless to say they never stuck and when someone would walk on the step the stone would give way underneath your foot which would cause you to slip and fall. So then this new person starts answering the phones who is totally unreasonable and shouldn't be talking to people especially customers. Strings us along the whole summer saying someone will come and fix it and yells and insults us on the phone. So the summer went by and nobody came even though we were still under contract. Not only that but she didn't seem to care that this was a safety issue and that people were slipping on the steps. I imagine if this person is talking to people then they will get more complaints, because she's not truthful and will tell you things that aren't true, and will treat you like garbage. So no I don't recommend them, at the beginning they were ok but not at the end, and that's the most important part. Did I mention that this person, who I assume is related to the owner, since she has the same last name as the owner, was very rude and disrespectful, you would think she would care more about the company but I guess not. Also last year when I did speak to the owner himself, he said he would come by personally on the following Saturday to look at it himself but never came. So horrible customer service. They never had any intention of sending somebody over. We were met with hostility and rudeness. Person will yell at you over the phone and won't let you get in a word edgewise. So nuf said. Check with the Ministry too, they have some filed complaints.--------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Happy to say that company came again and fixed the issues we had. Steps are safer now. Person who was dealing with customers last year not answering phones anymore; which is good for everybody.

I have talked to the repair crew on several occasions regarding your steps. As u say we came over on several occasions to repair the steps. It's a very minor repair so it does not take any more then a few minutes. The problem is that every time I sent a crew over to fix the steps you or someone from your house would walk on it before it had a chance to dry. I've bent over backwards to make u happy. I came over several times as u say. I went far beyond the call of duty yet u still complain. As far as the person being rude to u. For that I'm very sorry there is no excuse for that. Email me directly and I'll get the crew out there first thing in the spring to fix it. But please give it 24 hours before u walk on it.

FYI all of the complaints at the ministry have been taken care of. I really can't understand y u r trying to hurt my company over something like this. It obvious that I'm trying to make u happy. Judging how many times I came to fix it.

BEWARE! WE HAD LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. SERVICE WAS LOUSY, DESIGN SPECS WERE OFF, BASED ON DESIGNER'S INSTRUCTIONS WE PAID TO HAVE ADDITIONAL SYSTEMS AND ELECTRICAL WORK DONE WHICH WE HAD TO REMOVE AND PATCH UP, THEN ON ISTALLATION DAY, MORE PROBLEMS BECAUSE IT WASN'T INSTALLED ACCORDING TO DESIGN, AND WAS LEFT UNFINISHED, INSTALLERS DIDN'T HAVE SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDGE OR INFORMATION ABOUT THE DESIGN, AND MADE EXTRA HOLES IN SHELVES TO INSTALL, FOR SOME REASON THEY DECIDED TO IGNORE US AND IT TOOK OVER 5 MONTHS BEFORE SOMEONE CAME IN TO FIX IT. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF CRAP, CALL THIS COMPANY. BAD SERVICE, BAD EVERYTHING! STAY AWAY! I am responding to this company’s response. We did not try to get something for nothing. There was no error on our contractor’s part because we were using your specs that was given to us. Installers didn’t have to compensate for anything because we had o compensate for all their mistakes. I was not the one who called and complained that night. Then you say “you are very customer service oriented” and I laugh at that because you ignored us for 5 months and never returned one phone call, do you think that’s professional of you? I don’t know what you mean about wanting more, you yourself came to that conclusion, we just wanted the shelves fixed where your installers made holes where they weren’t supposed to as well as other mistakes and just left. Remember I am responding to your behavior. Took 5 months for you to send someone while all the time you were ignoring us. Your “customer service” as well as your attitude needs a lot of work. Had you dealt with this in the appropriate manner, I wouldn’t even have to write this. In the end he still owes us money which he never paid even though he agreed.

Unfortunatly sometimes people try get something for nothing, this is the case here, His Contractor did not read the plans correct, our installers had to compensate for his contractor's error with agreement of the customer. he called and complained I was there that same night at 8pm, explained to him the situation, and offered to correct the shelves just because we are very customer service oriented and tried to help him out.. !! but he wanted more and everytime agree to helping out with something he wants more. !! that is the type of person he is, out of the many thousands of customers we have, he is just too greedy ! as apposed to his wife who is a very nice lady, and she appologised for his behavoiur , only then we could come terms and we did what we agreed initially to help them out with. It is a shame..... what goes around comes around...
