Excellent extension to our deck
We were looking to extend our deck from the original entrance/BBQ deck to something that we could sit and enjoy on. After the great job on our roof, we decided to go with Shandyman again and they did an excellent job. Considering other jobs around the house that they can help us with.

Over the range microwave install
Our over-the-range microwave packed it in and I took delivery of a replacement. The next task was to find someone to install it as although I do some appliance installs, over-the-range microwaves are more complicated than I was willing to attempt. I put a request into Homestars and Shalva happened to be available and reached out within an hour. 2 hours later he arrived and within the hour the new microwave was installed and working. I had thought that due to some of the ways the original microwave had been installed that the installation would be more complicated, but Shalva was able to resolve the issues. Excellent work.

We have a 15 year old Lamar treadmill that stopped working. Colten was professional and got our treadmill up and running again. He also went over some maintenance tips to keep it running in the future.

I needed a new roof after getting some leaking after a storm. After getting 5 quotes I selected Shandyman based on word of mouth recommendations and the reviews here. I also selected them due to the fact that they are also general contractors, so wanted to look at establishing a relationship with a contractor as there maybe a few jobs that need to be done in the next few years. They did a great job and left a clean yard. A few days after they completed the work we were hit with high winds. Although some of my neighbors lost shingles due to the storm, my new roof held up perfectly with no issues. Plan on using them again in the future.

Great job with the new Furnace and AC
Tony gave me a great quote for the new Ducane Furnace and AC. The install took the 5 hours that they estimated it would. I am now looking forward to the savings of not hearing the AC running all day trying to cool the house.
