Raymond quote was lower than the other 2 quotes. He did mine and my neighbors fence. His crew had to remove some of the wooden post that were cemented in. To their credit this took a lot of extra work but they got it done quickly. They took away the old fence and cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional in all aspects of the job. I would definitely recommend them for your fencing needs.

On Wednesday found out my toilet was leaking apparently for some time. Called the plumber who installed it. Came out late in the day to look at it. Determined it had been installed improperly and would be out the next day and fix it. Called the next day to inform me he had slip on some ice and put his back out. He said he would find someone else to do the work he knew since he was paying for the repairs. By Friday he had not found anybody who could do the work now. My mother who is in her 90’s was having to use the upstairs bathroom. I called around and the earliest someone could come out was middle of next week. Then remembered Versatile Renovations who had quoted on renovations on my master bathroom. The leaking toilet was installed the first time before Versatile Renovations did there quote. Called Versatile Renovations on Friday and was told Herb would be out at the end of the day. Herb came out and said he could fit me in and would be back Saturday 9:00 am. Finally some good news. Herb arrived promptly at 9:00am. First thing he did was lay down a covering to protect my flooring. He ripped up the subfloor to see the extent of the water damage. You could see by his dedication to detail that his main concern is to do the repairs right the first time so I would not have any problems down the road. Unfortunately some trade people are more concerned with how fast they can get the job done, get paid and move on to the next one. This was differently not the case with Versatile Renovations. To top it off been a Saturday call out Herb did the job at a very reasonable price. If you want the job done right call Versatile Renovations.

When I found out my furnace had cracks in the heat exchanger I phoned Airpro which installed an A/C unit in 2003. It has worked flawless. I do not know a lot about furnaces and when Rob of Airpro came out he took the time to explain the differences between the different levels of high efficient furnaces. Do to my past experience with Airpro I had them install the furnace. The did a great job on the install, took the old furnace away ,left no mess and the workers were very courteous and the price was competitive .

First the appraiser came out and did a professional quote which was emailed to me. The second appraiser came and gave me quote on a piece of paper which was very hard to understand. When they came out they did a great job leaving no mess and gave me the paint which was left over. The appraiser point out a trim piece on the chimney which needed to be painted which the second appraiser missed in his quote. Would definitely recommend this company.
