Versatile Renovations

Versatile completed complete renovation of main and master en-suite bathrooms and full poly-B replacement for a 2 story house. Very impressed with the finished project and process. Mark and his teams work was very good and the finished tile looks great.

After a poor experience with another company I reached out to Versatile Renovations based on a referral and am very happy that I did. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. Quotes are itemized and detailed, Trista kept me up-to-date on schedule and answered any questions immediately. Mark and his team did a fantastic job, cleaned the site daily, made suggestions (that were better than my ideas) before proceeding with work, consulted me before installing anything permanent, i.e. tile. You can tell that Mark/team actually like what they do and take pride in it. Mark insisted on fixing anything that he found along the way that the builders cut corners on as well. Will hire Versatile Renovations for any future work without hesitation.

We had Versatile come and renovate our two bathrooms, and they did an exceptional job and completed the project when they said they would.

We were also impressed that when it came time to selecting Tile, the owner Herb even met me at the Tile store on a Saturday to help select tile for the job and he also helped sort out some issues we had with a designer that was trying to take advantage of us, and helped get our money back.
We will definitely using Versatile again on our next project.

Retained Versatile Renovations Inc. to complete a full main level kitchen renovation including design, demolition, and construction. In addition, we had a major bathroom upgrade and new "European" laundry area installed on the main level, including plumbing upgrades. Other major components of the renovation included a full basement bathroom renovation and electrical upgrades including new service panel.

We had previously retained Versatile Renovations to complete a full bathroom renovation at another property, and were very happy with the results. Several years later, we decided to call Versatile for a quote on this project, and were very pleased that several of the same staff were still under the company's employ; indicative of a well-managed, reliable company with good retention rates and a strong internal mentorship / training program for younger staff. This prior bathroom renovation has certainly stood the test of time; it basically looks like new even over 10 years later.

As far as this project went, we could not have been happier with our choice. As before, Versatile was willing to work with us to ensure our complete satisfaction. They were most obliging to our schedule, and took the time at all stages of the project to answer our questions and ensure our complete understanding of various product selection trade-offs such as cost vs. durability and maintenance. When we changed our minds about something, they were as accommodating as possible, and even found middle-ground wins. For example, when we decided to widen the cabinetry between the sink and the fridge, they suggested that although there would be additional cost due to the custom nature of the cabinets, we could retain the previous cabinets for potential future use in a basement kitchen.

Overall, the Versatile team's dedication to customer satisfaction and delivering quality service and results was evident at all stages of the project. We are very impressed with the final product and appreciated the depth and breadth of experience they brought to our major renovation project, not to mention the professional yet friendly demeanor of their staff. We would absolutely recommend Versatile Renovations Inc. for your next renovation project.

We decided to renovate 3 1980s bathrooms with Versatile renovations , a powder room , a family bathroom and an ensuite bathroom. The work was completed on time and on budget . Versatile ensured that we were happy with the progress at each phase of the renovation , we spoke daily about design , changes , concerns etc . They were very accommodating and wanted to give us exactly what we wanted . We discussed all the design decisions with the supervisor Mark, and he had many great ideas based on his years of experience . The end results was perfect , exactly what we had hoped for .
We ended up hiring them again to do a renovation of the entire main floor of our house a few months later.

Work was completed quickly and professionally. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or use Versatile again as they are on time always, cleaned the site daily and protected the areas where they werent working. They completed two full bathrooms for us and were thoughtful leaving one functioning bathroom for us. Their staff were all super professional!

Versatile renovations completed a job for me back in August of 2024. We could not say better things about this company, they listened to everything we wanted, they helped advise as to what would look good together and most of all they provide quality work in a timely fashion to ensure there is the least amount of disruption to your life. We had our master bathroom completely renovated in August 2023. We were very impressed from the moment Herb came out to give us an estimate. He was friendly, honest and understood exactly what we wanted done. When the crew came out to complete our renovation, they were respectful, polite, hardworking, skilled and even vacuumed daily. Mike and Mark made sure to keep us in the loop every step of the way and the project was finished on time. The bathroom looked amazing! And we were extremely happy with the experience from start to finish.
