First the appraiser came out and did a professional quote which was emailed to me. The second appraiser came and gave me quote on a piece of paper which was very hard to understand.
When they came out they did a great job leaving no mess and gave me the paint which was left over. The appraiser point out a trim piece on the chimney which needed to be painted which the second appraiser missed in his quote. Would definitely recommend this company.
