We had an issue with our Samsung dryer not producing any heat. We contacted City Appliance via HomeStars on a Saturday evening and set up an appointment for Monday. We started out with some confusion over the appointment booking, but once we connected by phone, he showed up within a couple of hours. He knew what the issue was immediately and came prepared with the right part. He also cleaned out excess lint in the dryer and gave us advice to avoid fire hazards. He provided fast, friendly, efficient, high-quality service!
