I was renting my 60 gallon gas fired hot water heater for over 18 years from another company. The overall reliability of the unit was declining. The inconvenience and on going service calls were problematic. When I found out that AtlasCare offered hot water heaters I contacted the sales rep and got a price quote. Less than a week later, they had removed the old tank and returned it to the other company. They installed the new high efficiency hot water tank in just a few hours. Overall their price was competitive and their customer service is exceptional.

It was only one week from my first meeting with Josh the sales manager, to the complete installation by Laurie and his team. They replaced a high level roof on my century old home in two days at a very competitive price. I was impressed with their professionalism, communication skills and the quality of their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors who want exceptional value for their money.

On Jan 18 they took my deposit and promised the gas fireplace installation for Jan 29. Today is Jan 28. Now they're saying they'll have to call me back with a new date in a few weeks!

This is a professional driveway sealing company. Earlier this month, their two man crew cleaned and sealed my three car asphalt driveway on schedule and on budget. The result is a flat black surface that looks as good as new. A big improvement to the curb appeal of my house for a very modest price.

Beware.... I had been using Boonstra One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for the past 5 years. Under contract, have been providing an annual "cleaning" for the boiler. It wasn't until the carbon monoxide level exceeded 300 ppm, that they actually took the cover off and cleaned the inside of the unit. Up until that point, a light dusting of the outer housing was all they seemed to do. When the unit completely broke down in February, they missed their scheduled appointments, and took over a week to get the unit hobbling along. I asked for a quotation on a replacement unit, but it was never provided. In total frustration, I had another HVAC contractor remove the boller and replace it with a new unit. Then the BIG surprise. Since I no longer needed the Boonstra One Hour Heating annual service agreement when I tried to cancel it, they said that I had to pay for the entire balance of the year, even though they were no longer involved. The Boonstra "Customer Advocate" wasted hours of my time trying to convince me that I should pay the extra $200 for service that I wasn't going to get. Eventually, I got a call from their president who told me that he disagreed with my refusal to pay the extra fee, but would cancel the invoice before I started legal action. In summary .... What a complete waste of my time and money!

In February of this year my boiler broke down and my existing HVAC contractor was unable to get it satisfactorially repaired. I had requested a quote for a replacement unit, but they didn't get around to providing it. On the advice of a neighbour, I called AtlasCare and received a written quotation for a replacement boiler the next day. Within one week, the old boiler was removed and the new unit installed. Unlike my previous contractor, these people were on time, polite, professional and they got the job done. Thank you for your prompt professional service.

I recently listed my Toronto home for sale and the real estate agent suggested a pre-listing home inspection. Walter from Carson Dunlop did a thorough job and provided me with a report that we had available during the open house which was held on the weekend. Walter deserves a 10+ rating for his in depth inspection and his professional, friendly manner. Coincidently, we sold the house within one week and the purchasers did not have any conditions on the sale. Infact ... We were so pleased, that we used Walter again to inspect the new home we just purchased.
