We needed a replacement door sweep for our front doors. I called in and they sent someone immediately to install a temporary door sweep while they ordered on that matched the colour of our door. Online communication with Tishana and in-person service from Jose their Service Tech was fantastic! They both demonstrated their care, understanding, sense of urgency and quality of service. We are so happy to have gone with Andersen as their support and customer commitment has been outstanding.

Last summer, we hired someone who came, installed a trap door and said they would be back to remove and repair. They never did this. A new opening was made by a raccoon. When Gates Wildlife Control arrived, the gentleman was professional and considerate of the current COVID-19 pandemic. He stayed at least 6 feet away from our door, and clearly communicated with us by either texting information he couldn't show us in person, and all transactions were completed at a distance. He was very knowledgeable and performed work above the quality of the person who did the same last year. He not only addressed the current issue, but also corrected the work from the other person. He will be returning in 2 days to remove the covers and one-way door, and fix the openings. So far, so good!
