I contacted this company based on the good reviews. I had numerous leaks in my roof that I wanted repaired before winter. Ivan gave me a ground level estimate the next day and did the job three days later. He gave me running details of the work, and went the extra mile to go and get more repair supplies than expected. Completed sealing all potential leaks and a did final check that day. I will report back again after the next rainstorm, but am very confident that the problems will have been solved. I will definitely go back to him when I replace the roof in a few years. Im very happy with his professional appraoch and his work!

I have hired Ray on two occasions to replace a total of 8 windows in my house because of the excellent Homestars reviews and because he is a local small business. He did a great job, from the initial contact, through the estimates, the orders and installations. Very efficient and thorough, with a complete clean up after each day. He helped me find ways to best integrate the new window design into my heritage house, retaining the wood frame on the inside and matching the external window colour to the colour of the wood siding. He also had to custom-make several cuts and adaptations (and suggestions), which he did extremely well, keeping in mind my own tastes and wishes. He is very professional, highly competent, and keeps his word in all matters. I would recommend him most highly to anybody requiring this service. It is the third time I have used Drainpro in the last three years for plumbing issues in my heritage house. Each time they were prompt in replying, punctual in arrival and quick in getting the job done. They gave me excellent advice about the available options and what each would mean financially and in terms of potential consequences.
