I needed a custom window last minute in a surprise bathroom Reno (thanks, leaking shower!). At the last minute, we decided we would LOVE to have a window in our bathroom. But I needed it pronto. I wrote emails to about 5 different window companies asking if they might have any 36x18 windows in stock. Most I didnt hear back from, but then I got an email from Vito at Clera. Vito told me they didnt have any in stock, but he could get me one THE NEXT DAY. Shocked, I ordered it immediately. Vito made even more magic happen when he met me closer to my house, as I couldnt make it to the store before it closed that day because of schedules with my babies. Honestly, every single interaction with Vito left me with my jaw on the ground because I was so impressed with his eagerness to help me out. It wasnt a huge purchase I made, but he treated me like I was buying windows for 25 houses. I cant recommend Vito and Clera enough. The best customer service experience Ive ever had. And I love my new window. :)

I first found Joe on Home Stars a number of years ago and I'm so glad I did. He is honest, reliable, a good communicator, and just an overall great human. He has tons of experience dealing with many different pests and brings his knowledge to each situation to deal with it promptly and efficiently, without wasting your time or money. He has dealt with a number of different pest issues for us, always exceeding our expectations. These issues have included dealing with raccoons getting in under our home (and on another occasion, our neighbors home - he also helped them), rats getting in (gross), deterring raccoons from hanging out on our top deck, squirrels getting into the roof above our porch.... the list goes on. Clearly, animals like our house. We are very thankful for Joe. His number is on my speed dial for any pest issues and will remain there always! :) Thanks for your hard work, Joe!

If you are looking for a reliable, kind, honest pest control person, stop searching!! I found Joe through homestars and gave him a call having read all of these awesome reviews. Even though I was willing to wait, Joe and I set up an appointment for him to come check out our situation almost immediately (free of charge). He was great right from the get-go. He was approachable, listened to my concerns, and knew right away that we had some rat visitors in the crawl space beneath our living room. We had thought that it was raccoons, but he was sure it was rats given his knowledge. After spending plenty of time with him reviewing our options, on the spot we set a date for a few days later for him to come back to complete the work (he was just that great!). Joe and his helper, Arthur (who was also a sweetheart) arrived right when they said they would and went to work digging deep trenches by the crawlspace, so that the rats (and every other pest!) couldn't get in. They installed mesh and gravel and filled it all up. While they were at it, they found a bunch of junk in the crawl space from the previous owners of our house and they took a bunch of it out for us, too. In his work, Joe found that one of the support beams of the addition on our house had actually been eaten away by carpenter ants!! He could pull it down bit by bit with his bare hands!! Joe showed me and then proceeded to put a new piece of wood in where the old stuff fallen apart and made sure that it was solid. This was one of MANY extras that Joe did. He and Arthur were at our house from 9am until 7:30pm and didn't even take a break!! I tried to make Joe stop to eat pizza at lunchtime and he insisted on working right through. Joe is a great guy with an amazing work ethic and he will be our first call for anything pest related from now on. I also told him that he'd better be careful... he's so good I'm going to tell everyone I know... he might be terribly busy from now on...! Stop reading and call Joe. You'll be in good hands. :)
