Annual inspection of furnace and AC

Wow, After over thirty years of home ownership (three homes) we purchased our first new furnace and AC. Alec the sales representative made the sales process very easy. So easy we only had one quote (and we always ask for a minimum of three). Installation technicians Amir and Adam were beyond excellent, listening to tips and questions, taking time to share their work in progress and good training on how to use the new thermostat. Clean and professional installation in all regards!

Security systems and alarm monitoring
We have been working with Bob Michaelis for almost 20 years. He has professionally installed two security systems for us which have met our needs. He always take the time and care to show us how to use the system. Bob is also available to answer questions post installation which is quite helpful. We recommend VIP Security Alarms to our family and friends.
Mario and his "lead hand" Gary have been doing our gas work for many years at two home. We recently had them do two jobs. One job was to install gas for a new dryer. The second job was to install gas for an outdoor bbq and a gas stove. Excellent, on-time reasonably priced service every time.
Peter is such a pleasant and helpful person - - really a neighbour. He helped us to secure three yards of quadruple mix for our new garden. When we learned that we need two more yards, he arranged for delivery in less than an hour. Not that's customer service!
We recently converted a 4 piece bath into a 2 piece and laundry room. MF plumbing did an excellent job, arriving on schedule, performing work professionally. And they were personable too!
We were absolutely delighted with the service provided by FROGBOX Toronto. We utilized 60 frog boxes and also purchased related packing materials (which we appropriately priced). It would have taken our moves much longer and cost more without the frog boxes. Highly recommended!
Our last move was 21 years ago so we took great care in choosing our moving company. We used HomeStars to find a number of the companies which we interviewed. Very professional quotation using a tablet computer to document our requirements! The final bill was almost exactly the same! Excellent work during very hot weather. Great care and attention was taken in every aspect of our move. Highly recommended!

Very professional! Precleaning visit was great! Written quotation and a follow up reminder in advance of the cleaning. Three cleaners arrived on time and spent the entire day at our home. It was gleaming when they left. Highly recommend LUX if you are preparing your home for sale.
