Opened chimney opening for electric fireplace
Needed to open the fireplace opening by 2" around as i bought a bigger one then fit and i could not return. THey came, the quoted, the did the work and i was happy

My place is from the 50's and as such the drain tile is made of clay and after 70 years they are failing, some collapsed and other are plugging up do to root ingress. Daniel at pristine explained that i need to replace it either sooner or later as they can keep coming out to auger the line and more roots get in 6-8 months later. Add to this I have a rental in the basement and they are the first to notice when the line I plugged. Work started on Tuesday morning at 8am and by 11 am the lawn was ripped apart and the clay pipe was removed, by 1 the new pipes were installed and ready for city inspection. The Next day the city came by and passed everything and on Thursday the team put everything back together. They did a fantastic job and will continue to use them for anything I need. My place looks great and the peace of mind I have knowing that I will not have to worry about when the next backup is coming is very welcome. Last point is that they did not leave until the job was done and I was satisfied. On the same block another house got this exact work done (we all have 70 year old pipes) and his lawn is not closed up and his yard still looks like it under construction (6 months later). My place looks great and when the grass grows back in a month or two you would never know anything was done. Super happy and would recommend to anyone that need any plumbing.

Darrell and team were amazing, He came out and gave a competitive quote and really knew his stuff. He came on the day we agreed on and it was a few days of work. He had me come up a few times to see the progress and ask any questions and i could see the team takes pride in their work. After the job was complete he cleaned the site and left no trace of the work. i would recommend highly.

This is the second time i have used Pristine Plumbing in th past year, one for my rental and one for me home. Going forward i will only use them as the stress free and professional work is excellent. my rental shower had a leak and I reached out to the team at Pristine, they asked if the leak was an emergency or can it wait one day. I told this it could wait and they slotted me in right away. the work was professional and stress free. they showed up when they said they would fixed the leak and even answered all my annoying questions when i was trying to learn.

I recently bought a home in Vancouver and it was clear there were drainage problems and I had concerns about flooding. The previous owner did some creative fixes that made things worse and I was worried about potential impact.
