Water level was high in the basement pipe. Called in Alex who snaked and found the problem to be broken pipe due to roots. He was transparent explaining everything he did, outlined my options and recommended that I fix the pipe with a clean out. Crew came in a couple days later and fixed the pipe. Happy with the overall experience. Alex will be the guy I call and recommend for any future plumbing.

Met with Charton two summers ago and he was excellent to work with. I liked how open and honest he was with pricing and service, and that he never applied any sales pressure. Installation was scheduled quickly afterwards and it went smoothly with two service men. They made sure to keep everything clean and tested the AC unit to make sure I was happy with the temperature and output. I plan to call High Efficiency when my furnace needs to be replaced/serviced.
