We received quotes for an AC installation from four companies. Distinct came in high in terms of cost but we gave them our business due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews we've seen. The staff we dealt with were patient, punctual, and professional in every interaction. The communication from their office was excellent and gave us clear expectations for each step in the process, from the initial installation through to the city inspections. Their work is tight and tidy. All of the cabling and piping looks terrific. They were in and out exactly when they said they would be and left their workspaces inside and outside very clean. I cannot overstate how painless and straightforward it has been to deal with Distinct. They have been stone cold professionals from start to finish. They have demonstrated that they are well worth their price.

Gord and Jared are fantastic home inspectors and consummate professionals. They are responsive to communication and made planning the inspection very easy. During the inspection they provided an amazing walkthrough of the sort of maintenance I need to consider as a first time homeowner. They walked me through each deficiency and let me know if it was cosmetic, a cause for future concern, or an immediate hazard. They also fielded questions way outside the scope of the inspection itself, giving us an idea of what to expect for future renovations down the road. The report itself is well laid out, giving us an overview of the key information, troubleshooting tips, and plans for remediation. I could not recommend these two more.
