Gord and Jared are fantastic home inspectors and consummate professionals. They are responsive to communication and made planning the inspection very easy. During the inspection they provided an amazing walkthrough of the sort of maintenance I need to consider as a first time homeowner. They walked me through each deficiency and let me know if it was cosmetic, a cause for future concern, or an immediate hazard.
They also fielded questions way outside the scope of the inspection itself, giving us an idea of what to expect for future renovations down the road. The report itself is well laid out, giving us an overview of the key information, troubleshooting tips, and plans for remediation. I could not recommend these two more.
