We have now used Action Home Services for 3 jobs at our historic downtown boutique condominium corporation. Each has been of excellent quality delivered on time and for a good price. Since we’re a condo corporation we have to get three quotes and Action has always been the best price for value. Also very fine on things like showing up on time and cleaning the site after etc.

Maple Window & Eaves Cleaning do all exterior windows for our heritage condominium building twice a year. Extraordinary care and professional service in a complicated location. [We tried others and weren't happy till we found them! ]

SOS came up as a repair-source for our 6 year-old Liebherr frig. Mustafa came by twice, quickly identified and fixed the problem. His customer service and repair skills were excellent. Even followed up a few days after the repair to check in. [We did have to wait for a part from Liebherr but he came by late Saturday once he had the part.]

We are a historic church condo restoration in downtown Toronto. Our front interlock steps were damaged and we needed a very fast repair to maintain safe access for 20 units. Action Home Services crew came the same day we called and re-built the steps. Professional, effective, and responsive when we needed help.

They have now built 7 roof-top terrace decks for us and each time they are on time, on budget, and the carpentry and overall craftsmanship is superb. The best, highly recommended.
