Purchase door hinges and knobs
Had a sub trade install hinges doors and new door knobs recommended by Home Hardware. All supplies were purchased from Home hardware. Friendly staff very helpful in getting the right products for our renovation. SubContractor was very good and fast.
Great finishing in these homes and Had no issues when dealing with them. fast and courteous individuals. Home was ready when promised. Sub trades were fast and helpful. Qality wormanship throughout our home.
Best builder we have dealt with. On time easy to work with Quality work. We very much like their designs and finishing. We got lots of details before and after we built with them.
This is an incident where they came same day of call and fixed problem. Only charged regular fees after we said we did not request after hours service. We had great follow up from company.

All the plumbing in our new house
Sales person said I could have a particular shower unit and then found out he could not sell this item. This unit did not belong to them. Also could not supply other products they did not carry so was unhappy with the priduct we had to get installed the jetted tub is not what I ordered and does not work well since new
Phoned during regular hous but they sent someone after hours and charged me a mint. Why do I havde to pay for after hours when I did not request this service. Person was very unprofessional;
We would never ask someone to pay overtime service unless requested-if you phone during regular hours and our technicians are booked for the day we offer after hours service if you do not want to wait till our next available appointment. Get air miles for purchases. The sales staff here are there to help. Did all configurations for us and told us how much material we would need and what material we would need. Were able to take back any product we did not use or that were not usable.
Great to work with Only had a problem with the plumber co.. Sales people were exceptionsl and the work is very good. Missed putting outsid electrical outlet in the eaves. Finisher was from 6614370 Canada Ltd and he was fast and good. cleaned up messes great.
