My dishwasher had been installed badly in the condo we bought and despite my several attempts to fix it, I couldn't pinpoint the problem. I contacted man with a wrench, they responded very quickly. Alex was my repair person and he was polite, friendly and efficient. He double checked to make sure I was satisfied with the installation and took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly. I'm very happy with this company. I'm a first time homeowner so it is nice to know that they are a trustworthy company. My only small critique is that I didn't get a confirmation of the repair window I had selected, so I wasn't sure if he was coming until he called to confirm that he was on his way. It's a small thing though so I still give them a 9.9 out of 10.

The were punctual, professional and everything worked. They were available for follow up questions and generally just nice to have in the house. There isn't much to say, I have recommended them to everyone I know.

The best I can say about this company is that they weren't bad. They fixed mistakes that we caught, but the mistakes shouldn't have been made int he first place. There was one mistake (they accidentally covered my dryer vent) and it took more than a month to get that fixed. They were polite and tried to make up for this mistake and the time it took to fix it, but we were very frustrated about not hearing back from them for over a month. We might use them again because the price is so reasonable, but we would definitely keep a close eye on things.

Joan de Grey was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. Essentially I took her for a walk around the block, pointed to garden's that my husband and I liked and talked to her about what I enjoyed about each garden. she sketched up a plan that was well within my budget and abilities and was very accommodating and even encouraging of my desire to have a drought resistant, low maintenance garden with several native species and natural pollinators. What is really excellent is the plan she created has been easy for me to modify as I find a few other plants I like better. I can't wait to see how the garden turns out in the spring.

Enzo was helpful and responsive to us (even though we were very demanding customers). The work looks great and he always managed to find reliable and well priced sub-contractors. Kevin (the labourer) was the hardest worker I have ever met in my life and immediately fixed any mistakes he made. There are still a few things to finish up but I know they will be done soon.
