Grant was here the other day and I honestly cannot even begin to say how extremely helpful and kind he was. I was consulting with him on a number of issues......getting detailed and very knowledgeable explanations to every question, never feeling rushed or pressured in any way whatsoever. His work is meticulous and as a huge bonus, he's the nicest guy to have around. One feels completely taken care of with Grant on the job, no detail is left unturned.....you will have complete confidence in him. I am so looking forward to this next appointment for several installs. (Big tip: ask him about improving the water pressure in your shower...........FABULOUS DISCOVERY!!!!!!!!!)

Antonia takes forever to get back to you if she does. I had to call several times in the first weeks to get things moving. Finally, some cushions were made, yes, they were large but as dense and heavy as rocks. Then they sent a drape installer once the drapes were finally done and I swear to you, this guy spent ALL DAY not knowing what he was doing!! The drapes actually fell down not long after his visit, no kidding. I had emailed something specific about ordering fabric, heard nothing back for weeks and in the end, she actually had not even read my email!! One kitchen stool was done well but Steve suggested taking both to do even though one of them was in perfect condition!! so I got that one back...! Steve claimed how busy he was but seemed to have endless time for chatter when he was here and at his shop, which was draining.

We really cannot say enough about Grant Reuston from Mr Rooter. He is not only a fund of knowledge and know-how, but one of the nicest guys we have met. He assessed the problem very quickly and fixed it perfectly. I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone needing the best plumber.

I am not exaggerating when I say that John is the most honest Electrician I have ever met....and I've met many of them. He saved me literally hundreds of dollars by his suggestion re our under cabinet kitchen lighting. If I had gone with one of the other electricians, it would have been comparable to throwing away upwards to $1000. He spent time explaining everything very thoroughly..... he is very knowledgable. Rarely will you meet anyone with John's integrity and expertise.

Miko is at the very top of his class. The results of his work are superior to any other painter I have hired in the past. He is meticulous about his work and the results speak for themselves....absolutely beautiful and transforming. He is also the perfect gentleman and lovely to have around as well as being very accommodating and very reasonably priced. I promise that you cannot do better than Miko!!

I feel very fortunate to have Dave as our handyman. We've met many others in the past and have been very disappointed. But not so with Dave. His work is absolutely fabulous and even though he works fairly swiftly, the end result is meticulous....he's a real perfectionist. He is also a very nice person and very easy to have around. I personally guarantee that you will not be sorry in hiring Dave.

Honestly and without exageration, he is a perfect gentleman, listens very carefully to your needs and turns out a product of beauty and top quality at a competitive price. We required something very specific, to house the component parts of my husband's audio equipment and are thrilled with the results.
