A Groundhog had dug under the back of our house so I called a company I had previously used for raccoons. They said they don't do Groundhogs as their tunneling system is too complex and they can't guarantee they will catch it. SOS said it was no problem. They came and put the trap over the hole, but we weren't positive it was even under the house at that time. The trap wasn't very secure using bits and pieces of scrap wood around it that I happened to have. I saw the Groundhog every day so it was obviously going in/out somewhere else. Sherwin decided to move the trap to the bushes at the back, which doesn't make sense since they only go in/out through their tunnels. The next morning there was a raccoon in the trap. Not a surprise since there are tons of them in our backyard every night. I wanted him to release the raccoon and leave the trap for the Groundhog, but he said they caught an animal and therefore they were done and he left. I was extremely disappointed. I paid $340 to rent a trap with no solving of the problem. The Groundhog is still under my house and I am $340 in the hole (pardon the pun). I should have listened to the original experts who told me upfront they don't do Groundhogs for this reason.

After our freezer stopped working I called a few places I found on HomeStars that mentioned Sub Zero in their description. All of them said they actually don't service Sub Zeros. I then found Acco, called and left a message and they called me back within a half hour. Jesse said he could come the same day. He called when he was about a half hour away. He diagnosed my problem and gave me a quote right away. It was expensive but that's the price you pay for having a Sub Zero I think. He fixed it within an hour as well as secured it properly to the cabinet which it wasn't before, as well as fixed the light inside the fridge which was also broken. He did this for no extra charge. He warrantees the work for a year as well. Everything is freezing again. I would recommend Acco.

I had an upright piano to move and I knew it would be tricky as it was very tricky when I moved it in originally. I had a very tight turn at the top of the stairs. The 3 guys originally tried to remove our patio doors to make it easier to get it out, but they didn't come out so plan B. They got it over the tight turn and carried it down the stairs. They moved it into the new house quickly and made sure it was on something soft instead of leaving it on the brand new hardwood. I would definitely recommend Braymore for any piano move.

Joe and his team were great movers. I booked it quite a bit in advance, 3 days before Joe called to confirm the time of 8am. They even came early at 7:30. He did a quick walk around to see what needed to be done, asked good questions about things I had forgotten such as certain items that were remaining in the house. There were 4 guys and they worked really hard, they never even took a break, they just kept going. They put everything in the new house where I asked them to, and Joe asked me at the end if I liked everything where it was or if I wanted them to move anything before they left. When I went in the backyard later, they had even hung my planters on all the hanging hooks instead of leaving them all on the ground. Nice touch. The price was reasonable, especially for 4 guys. I just recommended them to my friend who is also moving, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Chris returned my call right away and set up an appointment with my tenant to fix the washing machine. He came when he said he would and fixed the problem immediately. (A penny was caught in the drain pipe.) The charge was reasonable and he let me call the office with my visa, which was far more convenient than asking my tenant to pay right there. I appreciated that. I would highly recommend them.

I had a large tree in my downtown backyard that was pushing on my fence and causing damage. Joe was very prompt in getting back to me from my initial call, and prompt in getting me a quote. The quote was very reasonable. He did the job quickly and also took care of a few other smaller trees that would have caused the same problem in years to come. My neighbour wasn't happy with the stumps and how they may have impeded fixing the fence, so Joe came back and went even further than agreed. He cleaned everything up and even cut up the larger pieces and stacked them so I could use it as firewood! I wouldn't hesitate to hire Joe again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for tree care or removal!
