Unprofessional company and pricing are atrocious. People keep changing their commitment every single time. Cancelled the signed agreement just a day before the installation because the sales person called me a day before to correct his misunderstanding. This gave me no room to even decide and after so many visits and confirmation never expected this. Remeber holding hostile is absolutely not professional. Never ever again!

After consulting around 10 to 15 HVAC companies I lost hope that I would be able to find the right company to finish the required work. Thomas Wong is the sale person who I encountered for this work. After my work experience with him if I have to decrive it in just few words then "Thomas remarkably gets the work done to the expected quality". Next the actual HVAC technician - Lin Ye, he is a powerhouse in just two days he completely finished the following work. 1. Removed all the old HVAC systems and duct in the basement. 2. Relocated the Furnance to New location. 3. Installed all the necessary pipes and cables. 4. Prepared the New Duct from the scratch and installed it. 5. Drilled like 6 holes on the wall and perfectly installed the Furnance, AC, Tankless units exhaust pipe. 6. Disconnected the unneccsarry lines clean and professionally. 7. Wall mounted the AC condenser to the ideal spot outside my home. 8. Installed all the equipment with Smart Thermostat and Aprilaire 700 Humidifier. 9. Configured the Thermostat to best efficient and explained the same to me. 10. Cleaned the work area and cleared all the equipment without damaging anything in my home. He truly was extremely professional, highly efficient and tremendously fast with work. Throughout the process Thomas and Lin were the best I have ever encountered so far and I definitely recommend them.

This is a late review for a service that I had received in the month of Feb 2020. We had the Buying and Selling on the same day so when I called him, Arby himself suggested appropriate starting time which right away saved me 2 to 3 hours of his cost. Furthermore, we had some challenges on that day with the closing which was also accommodated in middle of a snow storm with excellent service. The entire team was very friendly and mindful of the stressful situation we were in. Finally, the work itself was professional and all our things were taken care off really well. Their pricing was also very reasonable and highly competitive. All together Arby and his team ensured that the Moving was one less thing that we had to worry about during this process.
