I am updating my last review about purchacing 6 windows from Clera Company. The Quality of installation was not to our satisfaction. Review - we were very unhappy with the whole process of the installation. We have reached out to the Costomer Service department, and one person particular name Rita, has help us with our concerns in a timely manner. Hi all, I usualy don't write review, but in this case I must share my experience with all. My husband and I was very excited to replace our old windows with 6 new windows. We consulted with 4 companies and only 2 companies stood out. We went with Clera Windows and Doors because Kyle was a smooth talker and we believe that we will be receiving great windows and great services. The begainning, we purchase windows in Feb. 2021, no rush we receive the windows in June, 2021; Well that's when it went down hill. Short store, out of the 6 windows; one was incorrect size and the other window was missing things. We understand that there was a pendemic happening; therefore we didn't rush workmanship of the windows. The worker to installment the windows was never on time and I took a vacation day of work for the worker to return and install the windows; which they didn't show up. It took 4 weeks to complete the 6 windows, and when I call Kyle to complain. Kyle keeped on sending the same workers to fix the issue, but the proplem is still happening today. I am very very unhappy and stress with these issues of the window. I wish we went with the other company. It's August now and we still have problems with the window. It don't closing properly which is the most important issue of these windows. I am very unhappy and will not recommment this company to anyone. I feel with all this stress that we endure not worth paying for these windows.
